Soak That Body!
Had a hard day at work? No problem! Kids drive you nuts
today? No problem! Relieve some stress and tension with
this recipe for a soothing bath soak. Nothing is more relaxing
than lighting some candles, running some bath water, putting on some
mellow music, and soaking in a milk bath! Everyone needs a
little release from the pressures of work, family, and finances!
The recipe below is a blend of milk, honey and essential oils. Try it
if you dare!
Milk Bath
5 oz. milk
3 tbsp powdered coconut milk
1 tsp clear honey
3 drops jasmine essential oil
3 drops ylang ylang essential oil
2 drops lavender essential oil
Mix the milk, powdered coconut milk, and honey in a
saucepan and heat gently. Do not boil. Remove the liquid
from the heat and add the essential oils.
Add the milk bath liquid to your bath
and enjoy!
