"Saving Face"

Want a glow for Spring?
It cannot be stressed enough how much a good complexion enhances a woman's beauty.  Gone are the days where a full face of heavy make-up was acceptable or even fashionable.  These days, less is more.  But you can't go by that if you are trying to cover up dull, not so clear skin.  In our article about taking care of "our" skin, we stressed the importance of exfoliating dead skin cells.  Forgetting this vital beauty ritual may cost you your skin and that youthful glow that we all want and you deserve.  So take charge of your skin and start now by taking steps to beautify your skin so you can glow!  Try this recipe for an exfoliator.

Exfoliator with Rose, Honey & Almond
3 tbsp ground almond
3 tsp honey
3 tbsp plain yogurt
3 drops of rose essential oil

Mix the almonds, yogurt, and honey together, then add the rose essential oil.  Beat in all of the ingredients well.

Massage the mixture into your face with the exception of the eye area and rinse.
